Online and Live Course for Women

Your voice has been with you since your first cry, and it will be with you until your last breath. It is the longest relationship you will ever have. And like any relationship worth having, it deserves your love, attention, and care.

This is not a course about becoming a 'good singer.' This is a course about coming home to yourself. About building confidence from the inside out—not the performative kind, but the embodied kind that lives in your bones. About belonging to yourself so deeply that you can carry your voice into the world with trust and ease.

We will use singing as medicine. As a way to create more harmony and wellbeing in your nervous system. As a pathway to joy, intuition, and deep self-trust.

You don't need any singing experience. You don't need to fix anything. There is no pressure here—only permission. Permission to explore, to play, to be exactly where you are.

This is not about performance or “getting it right.”

It’s about creating safety, ease, trust and allowing your voice to emerge naturally.

10-Week Journey to Discover Your Voice

The course is a 10-week journey, with one module per week. Each module includes:

• A short video teaching (2-7 minutes)

• Embodied practices and exercises

• Journaling prompts for deeper reflection

Your Rhythm

While the course is designed as a 10-week journey, please honor your own pace. Some weeks you may want to dive deep into the practices. Other weeks you may simply watch the video and let it settle. There is no 'right' way to do this—only your way.

The Practices

Each module offers several practices. You don't need to do them all. Choose what calls to you. Return to the ones that feel nourishing. Let go of the ones that don't resonate. This is about cultivating a relationship with your voice that feels good to you.

The Journaling

Writing is a powerful companion to this vocal work. The journal prompts are invitations to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Keep a dedicated journal for this journey if you can—it will become a beautiful record of your transformation.

Group Coaching Sessions (Premium Option)

If you've chosen the premium option, you'll have access to 6 live group coaching sessions over the 10 weeks (roughly every two weeks). These are 'hot seat' sessions where you can:

• Ask questions directly

• Get personalized guidance

• Receive support for what's arising in your practice

The course has two different levels depending on where you would like to start, the Activate plan and the Amplify plan.

The Community
